putting a tube in would improve the flow as you said earlier when you said about having a decat made up but would still look the same on the outside. you would get the best of both worlds then??
depending on the whether tomorrow i will put her up on the ramps and have a looksie

Ah I get you, yeah I imagine that would work, however it sounds pretty complex, wouldn't it be as easy to have a straight pipe pade, and keep your cat or cat shell for mot time, and just swap it over. Yeah I'm servicing mine on Tuesday so might measure diameter of exhaust pipe while I'm changing pads.

nah it would be simple enough, just wedge a long enough pipe right down through untill the bend and cut it at the right length and weld the top. simples.
