#1: car value - newbie Author: 123nathan0g, Posted: Wed Jan 22, 2014 1:55 pm ---- Hi all great forum have a 52 plate 206 look with 113k miles. Probably a dent in every panel etc etc and can probably get about 400/500 but am bored with it aand thinking of lowering it, (silly low) will this bring the value down even more or the same? I will get round to tidying it up but any opinions would help
Has modifying effected your cars value?

I've spent near on 10k and my cars worth about 3k

I'll give you £2 and a curry flavoured pot noodle;) yeah, as Addaz says! Most people stay clear of modified cars unless that's their intention in doing, then it may become worth something to them as it'll save them a bit of time. We spent about £10,000 on a corsa, probably worth about £2,000 maximum retail as it is:\
Deffo will limit who'll want the car, making it harder to sell unless to the right public (modders)

If its got tits or tyres, just avoid it!
