im from west midlands have a gti 180 and think I have blown the ecu anyone near or know a breaker where I could get a ecu set from ?? thanks

The Pug Shop in Lye may be able to help you, depends if they have had a GTi180 for breaking recently

It will need matching to the bsi and immobilizer.

thanks for the reply's , its definitely blown because I had nothing electrical what so ever then I since tried my old 140 gti ecu and key on it then the electrics come on and everything worked just wouldn't start due to immobiliser

Rare for an ecu to take everything out since the bsi controls the dash lights and interior electrics. You eill need key, bsi, ecu and speedo
