Right guys as mentioned in my other thread, my passenger front won't slide backwards sometimes, now I'm wanting to take the seat out to have a good look etc, I can get to the rear 2 torx bolts, but the front ones are under the where the seat is and the seat wont move, anyone got any ideas?

Right have you tried a load of dw40 and then sitting in the seat and forcing it back with your body, I used my whole body weight to slam back and mine freed up, was he only thing that did work

See if you can slide a long screwdriver down the runners. Might be a coin jamming it or somthing like that

Check that when the seat adjuster is pulled that it disengages from the seat runners, you will know what I mean when you look. Will probably need to get a torch under to look

Try refitting the bolts you have taken out and sliding the seats back. The seat might jam if the runners aren't sitting correctly.

Get hold of a spare seat and then attack the existing seat with hack saw or angle grinder!
