The gears on my 180 are sometimes hard to select. Is there a certain way to realign it all as its not been 100% since a clutch change.

In particular, 2nd and 4th gear? I changed for the second time the selection plate that is outside the gearbox (70€). There's a ridicoulus anti friction tiny thing that breaks easily, leaving too much movement to the plate. Now I'm looking for some modification.

Lift this up you will be able to pull the selector off. Leaving a shaft with two little shims. I put a little copper grease on the shaft. Carefully refitted everything. Now the gear selection seems smoother!
