Good evening,

For the main headlights i'd use 15amp wire (20/30amp fuse).
The side lights, 5amp would sufice as they don't draw much at all.
Not sure about the wiper motor though sorry.

I'd go to Maplin, they sell multistand 2 core wire in various amp ratings, they sell it by the metre so it doesn't cost to much and that way you don't have loads spare.

On the wiper motor - it would be really easy to wire up, just a suitable switch and connect the posative and negative the right way round. Not sure if a wiper motor would run backwards, i'd like to try it though!

As for relays, i'd go for 30amp SPST (single poll single throw) ones.

Regards, Richard.

Wire it from the ignition to the relay and then let the switch send the power to the bulbs from the relay ...... if that makes sense Shocked

Power relay switch bulb simple enough I'll crack on with that when I get the stuff together than I should be able to put it back together with more wires removed

Still got revs speedo water temp fuel so can't need anymore than that. Alot of wires removed so far shouldn't be missing any important sensors now so happy
