Engine Mounts, Rear Bushes & Cat Questions

I'm looking to get a 4-2-1 manifold in the coming weeks and of course wanting to replace the engine mounts & lower rear bushes to support it better and eradicate as much movement as possible.
After doing a bit of searching on here I see Powerflex are a good choice, but the thread was 2 years old so wondering if there is anything better on the market these days?

My other question is my cat is mounted to the manifold itself on the TU3JP engine meaning replacing it will de cat the car, is it possible to relocate the cat underneath the car as I truely cant be arsed to go through the process of re-fitting every time the MOT comes around!? Bare in mind I already have a cat back exhaust system fitted if it makes any difference.

Thanks.

Yes there are tu3jp 206s with cat underneath, just a case of lengthening lanbda sensors wires if done
