I'm planning on fitting a double din head unit.

As you know it involves removing the MFD. I would like to relocate the MFD where the stereo used to be. But it us too big.

Is there a tutorial/how to on doing this?

Just get a single din blanking plate and cut a hole in it so the display fits in that's what I did

Thanks again

I have a number of cubby hole trays of various cars (astra, 307, 206 {off eBay}) but they are all smaller than the actual mfd.

I will try and see if I can find some perspex and make one up or even find the blanking plate like tomhollo21 said.

Also tried to pm UZ and message just sits in the outbox
