I cannot turn the heater blower off. it seems to be on full speed all the time. if I unplug the digital control panel it still stays on. all the buttons seem to work in as much as they change the heat settings etc . it only turns off when the ignition is turned off. i am thinking its the heater resistor but don't know where that is. any ideas ?
