If your radio is on F24, I assume you have a pre-plexed model (double-check through the link below).

Try to perform a BSI reset procedure from from www.206info.co.uk/Foru...c/t=20541:

I am not sure about how to disable anti-theft, though I had battery disconnected numerous times, and my car has alarm -- to test - lock then deadlock with small key, then open door with the key and cover your ears Smile

Non-plexed Electrical System
* You may need your radio code upon reconnection
* If your car has a Peugeot anti-theft alarm system, disable this
* Disconnect the negative terminal first
* Disconnect the positive terminal
* Complete intentions

* Now to re-connect, Connect the positive terminal first
* Connect the negative terminal
* Before starting the engine for the first time, turn on the ignition and wait for 10 seconds to initialise the various electronic control units
* Activate alarm system, if you have one

I have already tried the reboot but nothing happened. I have been told it may be down to the relays on the bsi. But I tryed to get the bsi out today to have a look and spent 2 hours trying to ge the cover off with no luck. Do you know how to remove the bottom cover from the bsi?

it's a sealed piece of kit, you might have to just cut through the plastic to get thr desoldeted relays out and new ones in..

Thanks for that it will hopefully help but I can't actually get the plastic cover that hold it in and protects from feet. Under the dash. It has 2 clips either side which I have undone and still nothing. Thanks

I got no cover on mines, but I see what you mean,

Haynes manual says "carefully unclip the cover"

The rest of the Internet (including this forum) says to rip it off. Looks like pair of gloves and some lever is in order Smile

Also explains why I haven't got it, probably doesn't come back up Smile It's safe distance from legs, I never got entangled into

Thanks for the help . It turn out it was missing a fuse and the mechanic told me I would have to run a new feel from the battery for a permanent live to the radio.
