Not trying to tell you how to suck eggs but are you definitely swapping them on the right cylinder, i.e. number 4 cylinder is on the cambelt side and not the gearbox side. Sorry if you already know this just worth checking.

If you already know the above have you got a compression tester you can use to measure the compression of all 4 cylinders? If they come back okay then it sounds like there is a wiring fault within the electrics.

Let me know the result of above then i can give help on how to look for the wiring/electrical fault.

I know cylinder 4 is cam belt side compression 160 on all cylinder garare says it could be ecu but blue hawk ecu repairs says it is something to do with fusebox in engine bay

Have the garage and the blue hawk ecu repairs done any diagnostics on the vehicle or is it purely based on symtoms?

Garage Done full diagnostic test blue hawk ecu checked ecu numbers and said it wont be ecu

I assume that the garage checked to see if the firing signal for the injector was down at the injector plug. Also checked to make sure there is a firing signal for the spark plugs.

If either one of these were not present, the wiring would have been the next to check and then if that checks out as being okay from the injector/coilpack plug to the ECU.

Again if that checked out okay then it would point to the ECU. I would recomend phoning up and speaking to BBA-REMAN. They are specialists in electrical automotive products, they will be able to test the ECU and tell you if they find a fault with it and depending whether they can repair the ecu, will either do that for a fee or they will offer to sell you a brand new item.
