It's about that time of year again when once again we look forward to meeting a smattering of people, enjoy a bit of banter and the hilarity of watching many well known community faces score anywhere between 2 strokes and a perfect 23 on the Par 2, 11th hole of one of two indoor crazy golf courses!
With the potential of at least 3 amazing medals to be won, this is truly your chance to gain some bragging rights with us - assuming the winner is actually a regular member and not an outsider as can sometimes be the case!
Of course whilst this competition will be extremely tough and challenging, and for many the adrenalin will be pumping in anticipation of holing that perfect putt, this will be very much like 206Info meets of old.
Starting with the meet and greet, perhaps a coffee and general shmoozing before eventually getting stuck in at the indoor course it's a chance to catch up with old friends and meet the newbies!
Or maybe we'll do lunch first before hitting the course, just so that I can get the extra edge on the rest of you!
This tournament will be held at the infamous 'Adventure Island Mini Golf' centre in Star City, Birmingham.
Prices for the tournament, is dependent on numbers but there's no hidden fees, no need to pay-up-front either, so you pay only for the golf on the day which will be priced as follows:
£6.45 per adult (£6 if we get 12 or more attendees) £5.45 per child (We can get a reduction on this if we get more than 12 adults)
(Alternatively £19.95 for 2 adults and 2 children)
This event is not only open to 206Info members but to friends, family or anyone you care to bring along and is a perfect relaxing day out just and is relatively low cost. And for some, perhaps the perfect opportunity to settle old scores....!
Kids are very much welcome along too, so if you're in the family way (like me) you don't have to exclude them or get baby sitters, bring them along!
An evening of entertainment is usually planned separately after this event by members who stay in a local hotel overnight, so you can really make a day of things!
It would be great to see old and new faces alike, and we hope this will be yet another successful meeting in the history of Info!
