ABS light not working on dash

Hi Folks,
I have an 03 1.4 hdi with no ABS light function, and no speedo function. sometimes the ABS lamp will illuminate once if the ignition has not been touched for hours, but on the second try the light will not come on. Code read shows no faults, all sensors giving readings and road speed also shown.
had the dash out and tested the lamps led, this works fine when powered up.
any ideas???
also have a P0382 CODE in engine management that we can't clear,

What did you use to scan the car for fault codes?

As for the P0382 code - you need to fix the fault first before you can clear the code.

A global scan with Peugeot Planet would be the next best step forward to fixing the problems with this 206.

I have an ABS fault - if I buy Peugeot Planet software, and a ODB2 to USB lead, would that help me with my 04 2.0HDi model?

Peugeot Planet software only works with the LEXIA interface.
