#1: Gti 180 temperature issue? Author: Hansum, Posted: Fri Aug 28, 2015 3:23 pm ---- Hi all, only had my car a couple of days, noticed today that the temp rises to 100 in traffic then shoots back down to 90, is this normal, I'm sure it didn't do it when I bought it, heard somewhere that there is a temp sensor, could it be faulty? Can't hear the fan cutting in but as soon as it hits 100 it drops back to 90.
