Or is it the same as a hatchback one.
I'm trying to purchase one on eBay but the seller is telling me they're different and trying to charge me 3 times the price as everyone else.

Hatch, CC & SW all use the same displays & there interchangeable - just match up the screen size & make sure its got a PPT 40 connector.
I would guess you have the larger 3 line display fitted.
