Subject to my forthcoming mot being not too costly, I am planning on carrying out some basic mods. My pug is a 2002 52 reg 1.4.

Number 1) clear front lights. I am watching a set on ebay from a 2004 car. I assume these will take the h7 bulbs? I currently have frosted headlights but with the grey connector present. I take it that I will need the h7 bulbs to go with the 2004 lights, plug the grey connector in and away we go? My car is plexed. Anyone near Norwich that has done this, feel free to chip in with advice or, even better, pop round and give me a hand...kettle on, beer in it for ya!

Number 2) a set of 14in alloy wheels.. .they will look better than the 14in steelies!

Number 3) devinyl the b pillar, just because it's quick and easy to do!

Number 4) sort out the head unit, for one that I can stream music from my phone through.

Anything else that's cheap and effective?

Before you change your lights make sure you have the wiring there for the phase 2 lights. If you have you will need to find someone with pp2000 to change a bsi setting to dual bulbs. The phase 2 take h7 for dipped and main beam.

as for a head unit, make sure you get the correct adapter so you dont damage the can bus system
