Speedo issue

Hi all!

Hopefully someone can advise how to resolve an issue I'm having.

My speedo appears to be out by -10 mph.
This happened all by itself and would love to get this sorted.

Normally the needle would sit at the 0mph but it's now starting from the 6 o'clock position. How would I best be able to fix this?
