#1: Dials problem - no connection with BSI Author: dawik1314 PostPosted: Fri Jan 01, 2021 10:49 am

Welcome!

I decided to change the dials in my 206. So I found a different one: from the manual, with the oil temperature and possibly the cruise control from 2006 (photo 1). After a few days I received them and unfortunately they were damaged in transit; They took a hit near speedometer. Still hopeful, I replaced the glass and hooked it up to my pug. There is a problem with Dials-BSI connection. I connected the PP2000 and such errors appeared:

BSI - 206 BSI
No communication with the multifunction screen.
No communication with the air conditioning calculator.
No communication with the instrument cluster.

Multifunction display - 206 AMF
No permanent + display.

Instrument cluster - Reference unknown PP2000, calculator in the process of establishing reference.
Remote intermittent fault. No communication with BSI.
Remote intermittent fault. Information on coolant temperature. The received value is invalid.
Remote intermittent fault. No communication on the data barre.

Airbag calculator - 206 SAC_CENT_AUTOLIV_2
Remote intermittent fault. Passenger airbag deactivated.

Air conditioning calculator - 206 CLIM_T12001
Permanent error. Cab temperature probe rotor stuck.
Remote intermittent fault. No communication between the BSI and the A / C calculator.

Radio - 206 AUTORADIO
Remote intermittent fault. No communication with the multifunction display.

Errors underlined occurred after connecting new gauges. After returning to the old set, everything is fine. Does this mean internal damage to some component?

What age is your car and what age did the dials come out of? There was a change in the wiring so later dials do not work in early models and vice versa.
