Afternoon ladies and gents

So after selling the 207 I acquired another Gti 180 from my brother, this time in red, it needs a lot of work but with 134k on the clock who doesn't.

Every panel has either lacquer peel or some form of damage, whether it's scratches or a slight dent, nothing that can't be fixed.

Plan is to restore as best as I can, have already started with replacing some bolts/nuts for the wiper arms, radiator etc, anything that can be done without spending a fortune.

Yeah they do look nice in red but it's only the sun making it look good, up close and in person and you'll notice all the issues.

It's going to take some time to restore it but we shall see

JBL audio upgrade, don't see many of those fitted to the 206.

I have JBL audio upgrade in my C-HR & the sub is mounted in exactly the same place in the boot.

Hi mate and thanks, it's good to be back.

I'm not going this year, want to give the 180 a bit more TLC before next years show.

Speaking of which, I glanced at the register's front page, and there are press/demonstrator cars listed with just a few letters down the alphabet from your number plate! KX04 ZD*

Chances are, yours was one too:)
