1302, i,ve owned it 2 months, v8**hae, the car was very ill but i wanted something different and to do a wheeler dealers on it. Temperature problems turned outvto be air in the system due to a leak in the expansion tank main pipe, that still isn't fixed but will be Tuesday.

Centre trim and vents have been done in silver and it really sets the inside off. I did the job myself.

Can't buy a mesh grill so i bought a silver mesh sheet, now that really looks great on the front. I made some adjustments to the top bonet grill.

It has osram bulbs, night breakers, the times i get dam flashed by other drivers is a joke and thats on dip beam.

The person before me fitted a after market rear pipe but it was effecting the car, poor back pressure so i bought an pipe cross filter, wow thats made a difference, 70 mph is 3500 rpm with a standard air box filter, now its 3000 rpm at 70.

Still got big problems with a juddering clutch, no handbrake, air and seat belt lights on and it handles really bad over smalls bumps, all these issues are being sorted Tuesday apart from its clutch.

I,m thinking for next year, performance manafold and decat.

Can any tell me if the GT has red seat belt lights, mine has air bag light and side air bag lights, these dam lights, had them fixed last week but the side came on after hitting a bump, today it was ok until i caught the seat looking under it. I can,t workout why the car has no warning for no belt unless it does and mines just not working, my poor macanic friend has gone nuts over these lights lol.

onlol MACJ you say you need parts to help a GT live on, well mine needs dam life-support.

i've never known a car like it, bought it for 700 quid, it had by looks some bad faults, water coming out the expansion tank, fan not working and some smaller problems, water problems was a leak in the pipe to the tank, fan was just a relay, air bag problems was damaged wires, all sorted but air sides came back on.

my car handles very badly, rear end steering and way ward front end, new shocks this coming monday with struts.

but expensive part will be a new axle.

so far i've fitted a grill mesh, the air vents and centre trim done in silver, pipe cross filter and just finishing my oil catch tank, 19 quid from ebay but had damaged so was refunded 10 quid, just made a mesh filter, just needs fitting now.

one big pain is the handbrake is very weak, its been done 3 times, no one knows why it wont work well. dam car will be new by the time i'm done.
