The coilovers seem excellent so far, the ride isn't bouncy or crashy at all, barely feels like it's on coilovers! Haven't properly tested out the handling yet but I'm confident it will handle like it's on rails, shame about the Nankang tyres though, lol.

The height of the front was guess work to begin with, but we quickly realised it was a bit too low as the front splitter was hitting the floor, and it looked lower than the rear anyway (rears are set as low as they go). So we raised it up by 5 threads and it made all the difference, no rubbing, and it's coped fine with all bar one speed bump so far Very Happy . The other good thing is I don't even need to remove the front wheels to alter the height, just simply jack it up and wind them up or down, easy!

I'm chuffed to bits TBH, love it Very Happy

Yeah think I'll space the rears out slightly at some point, they do sit further in than the fronts. As for lowness see my post above, the rear can't go any lower without removing the adjusters (and apparently if I take them out it will drop a lot more, too much probably), and the front is treading a fine line, any lower and it hits the deck quite a lot. When the front was lower to begin with I drove down a bumpy road, went down a dip and hit the front splitter, lol. Very Happy

Uz - get one mate, they're awesome little cars. You can't have mine though Laughing Razz

Think the red rim tape works really well too Very Happy . Put a new red pinstripe round the grille aswell today as the old one had faded quite a bit.

I've always loved the Lupo GTi, Mate used to have a Black one (one that Ross has the wheels off) and now owns a Red one which is full on decked (rear adjusters are out) sitting on Mirror Polished Schmidt Modern Lines. Seen those 2 and also this one is like even more tempting me Sad

Good to see you were able to fit the coilies mate..and the car looks the bogs dollocks! About as low as them now anyways..so the big question is would you recommend them for me to buy for the Pug?

Thanks mate, I'd definitely recommend them, you wont be disappointed! There's loads of adjustment on the fronts, I could go 27 threads lower than what they're at now, more adjustment than I'll ever need. And as I said, the ride is great, it's not as crude as my 206 was on the V-Maxx coilovers, much more supple, you get what you pay for I guess!

Ross, completely changed my opinion on Lupo's. It looks sexual.
