Sounds like you may need a trip to pug then, very strange that there is no fault showing.

Might be something as simple as the ABS main fuse gone?

Would that not flag a fault on the ECU?

personally from my experince abs does not show up but i would of thought the ESP and ASR would of unless the abs and ESP / ASR are linked in some way

They are linked, they both run off the ABS rings and sensors.

What are you using to scan the codes? Cheap affordable code readers will only scan emission based codes, not ABS.

It would help with the full story.......... ie..did the abs work BEFORE the new radius arm and sensor was fitted?, and if it did, why hasnt the garage that fitted the new radius arm and sensor sorted the problem?

In that case i'd be looking again at the new sensor that was fitted..........check it is in its correct position and the 'gap' between the sensor and ring is correct, if the sensor is fitted too far from the ring it will not 'pickup' and disable the abs system along with esp and asr as they are all linked and work in conjunction with one another (compare the gap with that of the sensor on the other wheel)
