Oh dear. Appear to be have lowered by somebody that a) doesn't know how to lower them properly or b) doesn't know how to make a car handle properly.

It might attract attention but you might as well remove the torsion bars as it won't be using them to provide the springing - it will be the bumpstops. That back axle will be knackered in no time. All the load from bumps that should be getting absorbed by the torsion bars will be getting absorbed the bumpstops and axle bearings instead.

It's rear end down too meaning more air goes underneath creating lift meaning less grip and stability at speed. The rough underside it exposed to the airflow too meaning it will be slower as well.

2001 GTi 138, Bilstein Sprint dampers, H&R springs, 21mm Peugeot Sport torsion bars, 22mm rear ARB, Peugeot Sport Group A wishbones, 283mm discs, Goodridge stainless hoses, Maniflow 304 grade 4-2-1 2.5" manifold and system, 200 cell cat, Richard Longman head, 45mm Jenvey throttle bodies, 9.5mm TB spacers, 90mm air horns, Jenvey throttle linkage, Jenvey fuel rail, Aeromotive and Goodridge fuel fittings and braided hose, ITG sausage filter, Radtec custom radiator, Piper Ultimate Road cams, Piper vernier pulleys, Omex 600 ECU. Saxo electric PAS pump, Vibra Technics engine mounts. Samco coolant hoses, TTV steel flywheel, 4.76 final drive ratio, 307 CC 180 ratios. 2019 BMW 530i. 2017 Mercedes C300 convertible.

Looks nice but surely that's ruined the great handing of the 180 by going that low?

Also had any problems with the numberplate?

Clear indicators, de-wiper and Aero wipers would finish it off great!

Raise the back or lower the rear

Looks so silly in my opinion with out a stance Neutral

It's lowered 60mm at the back and in my opinion it looks a lot better than my mates White 206 hdi that was brought off a staff member off here that is lowered 40mm. You've got to realise that it's on my drive which is on a hill and is resting on the handbrake which is making it look alot lower than it actually is, I do understand your logic though and it does make sense

Ok so the back pops up 20mm when the handbrake is off...still far too low.
