Man how annoying is this.
After brake squeaks from just about any speed and pressure of the brakes, I decided that enough was enough.
I coated the front pads in copper grease and thought that would sort it. NOPE.
Just spent £28 on new brake pad fitting kits all round and fitted them, even with new back brake clips and thought that would sort it. NOPE.
The caliper sliders seem to be nice and free when the caliper is off.
I'm now clutching straws and thinking about swapping pads around to maybe see if they bed in and settle on a different wheel.
I don't want to go down the route and change pads and the discs as they're not far off new.
Anyone else got any suggestions on removing squeaks!?

Grease the disc up 
Id swap the pads around, it could be a problem with one of the pads.

what pad? what disc?
improper bedding in procedure will cause the brake squeaks.
did it got the anti-squeak shim?

OEM pads fitted by Peugeot and OEM discs fitted by me.
Improper bedding in procedure!? All I know is to lay off for 200 miles or so.
Anti squeak shim!? Ummm, what are they!?

How long have they been fitted, if its not long take it back to pug and tell them to refit them.

This is a common misconception, the "lay off for 200 miles" is advice given by garages for people who do not want to correctly burnish (bed-in) their new brakes. It works but often causes brake squeaks as you describe.
The correct way to burnish (bed-in) brakes is the exact opposite, a number of controlled hard slow-downs (not complete stops) when the new pads are fitted, this prevents glazing (which causes the squeaks) and also increases the efficiency of the new brakes by allowing them to heat up sufficiently to transfer material correctly.

I have always followed these procedures, and have never had brake squeal after changing discs/pads and my brakes work great

finally someone know something right! 
poor braking, brake judder, abnormal sqeeaks...etc
9 out of 10 is because people don't know how to bed in there pad and brake disc properly.

Some tasty videos there NoName, the biggest concern I have is that my car is sat most days and only used once or twice a week, and even then for only a few miles around town.
What do you recommend for those who haven't followed that procedure!? Is it a simple case of buy all new and do it right!?
