Hi,
Just had my rear drums, cylinders, shoes etc replaced at the weekend. Garage said the handbrake will self tension itself tightener as at the moment I pretty much have to pull it the whole way up for it to lock on. Is this correct because never really had this with other car marques!!!

The rear shoe auto audjustors should adjust up the brake shoes & only then should the handbrake cable be adjusted!
