Coming form cambelt side of engine. More loud when cold. ? Can sometimes stop alltogether. ? Any ideas. ?

It's known go crank pulleys to prematurely fail on the hdi engines but don't take my word for it.

Depends how bad it goes. Mine fell off on the M1 and everything was fine
