f*** f*** f***.
My passenger's seat was put forward earlier to let someone in the back of the car and now has decided that the base doesn't wanna click back into place... Had a fiddle to no avail...

After a little search am I right in thinking I need a new set of runners??
Doesn't look like the little clip thing is broken although my drivers one looks a little different...

Help chaps!!

Take a photo of the two runner clip things and post them up.
I had the same problem and its 99% that runner part.

This appears to have a broken bit on the right hand side...
Is this the problem?

Does this mean while new sliders??

If you can find out if the drivers side and passenger side ones are the same I can possibly get you one as there's a guy braking a 206 near me I got the seat runner of the passenger side but he might have the drivers side one left I paid £10 for the seat runner if your only wanting the bit in the pic postage wouldn't be a lot

Twidly does the seat just slide back and forth or can you still move the base by useing the lever under the seat??

If you dont mind being able to tip the seat and having to move the seat forward and back useing the bar under the seat there's a mod you can do that will enable that

My seat is the same , dont even ring peugeot for a seat runner lol they wanted nearly £200 from me. Bit of a pain you cant buy the little part new on its own.
I keep thinking that if i got a second hand one knowing my luck it would just brake again so i havent bothered repairing it yet Smile

That photo was really poor. I couldn't see if anything was broken even if it was at that angle.

If your going to get a new one, get one from a car thats 2003+ as the versions before them have a different type (which I found out the hard way).
They do fit and do work but they look alot easier to break. A fair indication is that the whole arm is painted green or not.
