Firstly hello Smile
Recently for no reason that i could see the airbag warning light came on, so i took it to the garage and the guy said it was the steering wheel airbag that needed replacing.
When i was at the garage he said he'd phone me once he'd found one, he hasnt yet, so the other day i popped in and said i'd buy the airbag if he'd fit it,
Which brings me onto my problem.
My car is a Peugeot 206 1.1L look 2002 (will post the registration number if it would help)

Will one with this part number fit: 96441166ZR fit my car as i'm getting bored of it beeping at me. It looks the same as mine but on ebay it says for 2003+ models, so i was unsure
Thank you, any help is much appreciated.
Regards, Richard

Its most likely that actual com2000 unit that needs replacing & NOT the drivers airbag, its very rare for an actual airbag to go faulty.

What was used to actually scan the srs fault codes OR are the garage just going on pure guesswork?

Thank you for the very prompt reply!
They pluged in the computer thing into the port under the steering wheel.
Should i be looking for something else then, or go back and get more infomation?

Take it to another garage, they obviously don't know what their doing and will cost you more in the long run
