Im fitting a electric power steering pump and I need a wire that's live when I start the engine what would be the best one?

The blue wire on the left puts 15 volts out when engine running but would I take the volts from that wire if I run my live wire on there?
Anyone please help

Well want to no if that can be used as a remote wire for a power steering pump

OK, how much current is needed then for the remote?
Will you be connecting to a relay coil (~50mA) or simillar?
Otherwise I wouldn't advise messing with it if you don't know what current you're drawing, as you will end-up with a dangerous vehicle suddenly cutting-out at the worst moment etc.

45a relay.
What remote wire could I use need one this is the only thing stopping me to pump my saxo pump on.

Black is + green is remote and yellow is ground for the relay.
In away maybe you could say the relay is like a amp. I mean how many Volts go down the little remote wire for a car amp?

If you will drive a relay (it's activating coil) it should be no-problem as it will only draw around 50mA (0.05 A). Then the relay contacts can handle 45A as you say, provided all wiring and earthing scheme are correct.
You MUST use in-line fuse(s) if you add lines to the battery to feed the pump.
You MUST include a reverse biased diode to the relay coil contacts to prevent back-emf from damaging anything and it must be fitted the right way around (polarity). A 1N4004 diode is usually used with the white marker line side connected to the +ve remote line of the coil, and the other side to ground - basicaly accross the relay coil in parallel.
Hope you sort it and it goes well.

That doesn't look like a relay to me.
Make sure you know what you're doing as said.
An auto elec would likely sort you in seconds for a beer or two.
