My 206 is misfiring when it gets up to temp. Had the codes read which are..

P0108 Manifold pressure circuit high
P0113 Inlet air temperature sensor circuit
P1327 Registration of integrated ignition phase
P0300 Random/multiple misfire detected

Garage didn't know what it could be and didn't want to go replacing stuff in case it didn't fix the problem.

I had a misfire a year ago and a different garage changed one of the injectors and that cured the problem until now. Could it just need one of the injectors replaced again or is it more serious this time?

I've tried 2 different coil packs that have both worked faultless in the past so that rules that out.

Got these from a engine codes website, no results for P1327

P0108
- Faulty Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor
- Manifold Absolute Pressure harness is open or shorted
- Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor circuit poor electrical connection
- Faulty Engine Control Module (ECM)

P0113
- Faulty Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor
- Dirty air filter
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor harness is open or shorted
- Intake Air Temperature (IAT) sensor circuit poor electrical connection

P0300
- Faulty spark plug (s)
- Faulty ignition coil (s)
- Clogged or faulty fuel injector (s)
- Intake air leak
- Fuel injectors harness is open or shorted
- Fuel Injectors circuit poor electrical connection
- Ignition coils harness is open or shorted
- Ignition coils circuit poor electrical connection
- Insufficient cylinders compression

NOTE: Manifold absolute pressure (MAP sensor) and Intake Air Pressure (IAT sensor) are one combined sensor on the 206. When these sensors are combined they are abbreviated to MAPT = Mass Air Pressure and Temperature sensor.

First have you recently done any work on this car and what was it? Could that be the cause?

After that I would be checking the following:-
Make sure your air filter is in good clean condition and that your intake isn't obstructed. Personally I finf intake filters can be really filthy before they affect running but if you have a problem start there.
Checking the wiring to the MAPT for damage and security.
Check the MAPT connectors for security or poor connection including unplugging them and reconnecting - a dirty connection can give a wrong reading and just unplugging and reconnecting can be enough to clean off the crud preventing a good connection.
Check all inlet pipes for leaks including the small ones.
Check the inlet manifold for leaking gasket.
Remove the MAPT and clean it very carefully with carb cleaner. MAPT is quite delicate so no scraping with screw drivers or other tools allowed. - also note that carb cleaner is a very effective paint stripper so keep it away from your bodywork
Do all the above one at a time and then test the car. If you can clear the codes after each test but, if you can't do that for free it might get expensive!

Your ignition problem may be a reaction to your MAPT issue. But do the following;-
Check the connectors to the coil pack.
Remove the plugs and see if they are all a good colour - there are many plug colour charts on the web.
NOTE: due to your MAPT issue I would NOT jump to conclusions if all the plugs are the same but wrong colour - a defective MAPT circuit could be causing all sorts of incorrect fuelling and that will affect plug colour.
Is there one plug that is different to the rest. That will give you a clue if there is a single plug fault.

Thanks for that.

I checked the air filter a couple of months ago and was still clean but I will check it again and put new spare one in. I'll also take out MAPT sensor and clean it and replace spark plugs if I can get them out.

There is an oil leak around the engine which I was told from one garage that it is poss head gasket leak.

Remember one thing at a time and retest.
So unplug and plug back in and test.
Then clean and refit and test.
Don't forget to look and listen for leaks first.
One thing at a time - you will remember that if you have ever done lots of things in one go to then discover it is worse than you started!

It doesn't seem to do it as much when I have the air con on. Any reason behind this?

Possibly just due to the extra load on the engine. At what revs / load does it misfire. If it is on idle only and less misfire on idle with AC on then it is just due to the extra load created by the AC.

Misfires while driving and idle. Doesn't start doing it until temp gauge reaches 80 though.
