Well i believe that it can be removed,but you might break it,but why you wanna replace it?

need another because exhaust rubber dropped and exhaust pipes sat against it and melted one side:(

It can be removed but its a bit tricky and i'd think you're going to have problems sourcing a replacement one to be honest.
