After having problems with coolant flowing out of expansion tank, that was due to faulty cap and system with air in, now there's no air in system and coolant levels are fine.

But as before and now, for about 6 to 10 minutes i get lovely heat from the climate control, i have it on manual set it at say 23 it comes ou and is great but after those times i said the heat dissappears so i have to put the temperature up to 28, thats the only temperature it will hold at.

I took the car in for wheel balancing and the guy used to own one, he could hear something rumbling on the cambelt side, sounds like bearings, we think the water pump isn't working right and can't pump the water fast enough, the car really hates going into towns, the fan will keep kicking in every few minutes, temperature never goes into red zone on gauge.
