Hello I have a serious problem in the car, the overnight my 206 "broke". So am I start the car and suddenly the acceleration was in the 950rpm or so (and mine is 500rpm), as was cold I thought that was it, I go out with the car and realized that he was failing immense that's when I've decided not to go out, accelerating simply does not pass the 1800rpm and then fails, gives 2 spin fluctuations but never moving from 1800rpm and then turns off. At first got me away with disconnecting and reconnecting the battery or using the PC with that OBD device 20 €, able to walk with the car for 1 month, but now is really difficult today I had about 30 minutes always trying for it to work and nothing. I turned off the battery and went away, 1 h after this, reconnected the battery and turned on without any problem, so do not even understand what it may be. The error is detected in the program is this:
P1621 - ECU failure
- Internal fault

- A week ago I went to a workshop, the mechanic called the machine and said there that the brake pedal sensor was not working, he explained to me that it was a 4-pin plug, 2 for the lights and 2 for ECU. So I sent for a new sensor, turned out to clear the error. I drove for a week, but today there again, honestly think I will put the car in Peugeot, no longer know what to do. I've been told it was the ECU was no life and I have to by a new unlocked.

Thanks in advance.

You say you disconnected the battery. Did you follow correct procedures for doing this as stated in this topic. www.206info.co.uk/Foru...nners.html
