mistake in ServiceBox?

Hey! I've listened to ServiceBox and bought a bag of bolts that supersede the Allen key type which hold the power steering pump in place. The new batch seem to barely hold anything, due to them bolts being significantly shorter with only few loops of thread coming through, this can't be right! Definitely not trusting these to hold the pump Wirebrushed old ones, some galv spray, good as new!

Nope, and even without them it would still be far off the original bolts' length
