Well i own 206sw 1.4hdi changing oil,filters every 10000km car has 288800km with original motor,i noticed when going uphill in second gear there's soot like coming from exhaust its not a black cloud just a blackish smoke,i mostly drive in city sometimes coutryside roads 70-80kmh,i think that it just needs highway speed for like 10mins or so.Should i be worried or i need to get car inspected or im just beeing paranoid about "normal" things.

Being a diesel it will push out more smoke under power, but not that much.
I'd look at the EGR valve and also maybe try and inspect the catalytic converter. I think this is more of a filter on the hdi. Ours collapsed eventually but I never had the sooty smoke.

I used to own a Peugeot 206 1.4 HDi the same as you and it would push out some black smoke under acceleration when booted.
It always passed the emissions test on the MOT though so it was never a problem.
As you change your filters regularly you should be OK with it for the MOT.
I always changed the air filter every 5,000 miles too as that is often neglected and a culprit for bad black smoke on diesels.
Fortunately this model of car is not fitted with a DPF filter so under the tighter MOT rules now it is allowed to emit visible smoke as opposed to none being allowed for DPF models.
