PugFest - Sunday 4th July
Hello All!
I've spoken to the organisers of PugFest over on PSOOC. They are more than happy that we are wanting to come back.
Day ticket for non PSOOC members is £9 (£6 if a fully paid member) per person (the same for visitors too)
Camping tickets for non PSOOC members is £15 (£12 if a fully paid member)
Tickets can be bought here:
shop.psooc.com/index.p...mp;path=38
Unfortunately non-members cannot take their car up the hill climb as the £20 PSOOC membership fee actually covers laibility and insurances for this purpose. If you are a fully paid member then each hillclimb run is £6 or early bird tickets are available for £5 (In the morning only when it's quieter)
More information about the show and previous shows can be found here: psooc.com/pugfest.php
So we need a list of members so they know who is going. I will be there but with the Goodwood.
Copy the list and add your name below please
1. Ruffy. - BOOKED?

There will be a dedicated area for the 206info stand and you'll be guided to it. But should you find a cheeky spot thats not reserved then by all means take it. Most PSOOC groups will park in their group areas, ie scotland, bucks, worcs. etc and these are kinda just the earlier you get there the more chance you have of getting a better spot type of area HOWEVER the dedicated club areas should be ok then you will just need to organise the cars yourselves within the area on the day. I MIGHT be about to come and help on the day but i trust that you can all reverse your cars
IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Hiya Brian
Just an update for you. Were having chnage about this year.On a first come first served basis we are letting a number of attending clubs park paddock side in the members area....and the can also run up the hill.!! We need one nominated person from each club...then we will send you the required car passes for you to disttibute amongst members of each club....ie 206 info and 309 owners. They will need to show these passes at the gate to gain entry to members side...we are allowing upto 30 car passes per club. They will still need to pay non members entrance fee on the gate or in the online shop.Hopefully you can now get full steam ahead and sort out the stands.....a rough number of car passes needed for each club would be good and wel will then send out the required passes to you a few weeks before the event.

So this means:
1. All 206info and other club members should be able to park in the paddock area with the rest of the PSOOC bunch and will be handed out a stand pass to this area on a first come first serve area. As mentioned above this will be allocated as a maximum of 30 per club!
2. All of these members with these stand passes will also be allowed to run up the hill (£6 per run payable on the day or can be ordered online.
I have nominated myself as the contact person for this club and 309oc (why did i do that...lolol). So I will PM those who add their name and ask for their address so i can send the stand passes out when i receive them. IF you are camping the night before (bear in mind there is only around 50 tickets/spaces for this available) I can hand them to you the night before to use.
Addresses I have on file will not be passed onto any 3rd party by the by
So...PM's en route.
Cheers,
Brian.
