trust me the things you buy from halfords wouldnt even handle the jumps and trails i go down, this bike im talking about is like proper freeride/mini downhill mountain bike for serious riding we also have another trail near me so it will get used enough to warrant £1500 aswell as i will probably end up upgrading it anyway

look it up its a scott voltage fr30 and believe me for these trails you cant buy a £140 bike it would snap on the first drop off :rofl: aswell as the angles not being correct ;)

Your looking at lowering springs then im guessing? Well if it helps you why dont you wait till you have been to this meet and see others that are lowered maybe even take a quick spin in them then you get a feel for it ;)

Dont forget the back is torsion bar if your gonna do that so that could be hard work as i found out with mine :lol:[/quote]
