------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ The booking has been made for 29th October, please reply to the PMs I have sent to confirm your attendance so I can phone them back on Monday to inform them how many cars we are going to bring Meeting time: Please be at HLM Tuning for 9:30am, I will aim to be there at 9:15. My telephone number is 07595746048, it would be good to swap numbers just incase you are late! Address: Unit 1 & 2 Factory Lane Bromsgrove B61 7AL It is £35 for 3 power runs per car, a graph print out; including torque, HP (wheels and flywheel) and air to fuel ratio. Pug150 Total cars on the rollers: 20 The plus ones indicate any extra people who are coming that are also bringing a car to go on the dyno ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Greetings comrades **Please vote on the poll which date is best for you, I will be calling HLM back on Monday 10th October to make a booking, and will book for the most popular date above. Please keep putting your names down, lets make it a great meet!** This thread was originally made to set up a laser quest meet, I've decided to scratch that and instead like to set up a rolling road meet at HLM tuning in Bromsgrove. I would like for this meet to take place in October, before the winter kicks in. Here is the place and its facilities: http://www.hlmtuning.co.uk/rolling_road.html At the bottom of the page it says we can book a rolling road day for £300+VAT, going by that if we brought 10 cars it would work out at £36 each. I will be calling them soon to ask for exact prices based on how many cars we bring and if they will give a discount on remaps whilst we are there, if you want one. We could all go out for a bit of lunch afterwards too Firstly I would like to find out who would be interested in going, and what dates would be best for you. This isn't limited to West Midlands members, anyone can join in :) I would like for this to take place on one of the following dates, please pick the ones that are best for you if you reply to say you are interested: Saturday 22nd Oct Saturday 29th Oct Saturday 5th Nov Saturday 12th Nov Members interested: 1.
