I used Tigerseal and i was very dubious, however it is actually brilliant stuff!!! Spoiler is solid as a rock and as mentioned by someone else earlier you can lift the back of the car up with the spoiler its that strong.
Just make sure you key both surfaces, roughly sand the spoiler where it meets the car and use masking tape to secure while the tigerseal cures.
Tigerseal = A++++++++ |

My first spoiler was bolted on, never came off, although i did have rust underneath were the spoiler had been and water was sitting under it,
My second spoiler if glued on, which was done at the leeds meet earlier this year and it's fine, not moved at all
So both ways work, just it's easier to glue i'd say, as i wouldn't want to drill into my body work |

mines just glued on with tiger seal, works a treat..
its survived a 7 hour drive at over 80mph on a hot day so it passes the test for me.. been on for months now
i found drilling half holes in the bit on the spoiler where it glues to the car (like 2-3mm deep) works perfectly at giving a rough bonding surface.. that combined with keying the car paint and jobs a good'un |

I personally wouldn't recommend just relying on a PU sealant like tiger seal.
Can't beat gold old Screws with tiger seal for extra protection.
It's not you that crashes when it falls off, it's the person behind... not worth it |

Peugeot dealership did mine too.. bolted and bonded in my case. £218 to buy it, have it sprayed and fitted. A lot of labour going in on their part so I thought it was fair |

Tigerseal and stick it on, did my old car with it and you could pick the back end of the car up with it when it had gone off! |
