Have you got a link to a lockwood kit?

ebay will have them Wink

to fit the lockwood kit you will need to take the speedo apart to fit.

changing just bulbs you just need to change the bulbs as long as yours is twist bulbs.

Thanks buddy. Iv done the clock light which was a pain but I done want to take apart the speedo unit again as I mucked my old one up Sad

im 90% sure your 2000 model will be twist bulbs that are easy as pie to change, just need to remove the speedo surround, take out the screws that hold the unit inplace, pull it forward and twist out each bulb and put new one in.

Are lockwoods much better ??

i have tried both and the lockwood looked 100% better imo,

i fitted xeon white leds behind the lockwoods to make them bright and crisp.

Nick180 is doing mine at the moment as you have to solder new SMD LED's on the newer models, older ones are just twist and replace. The ones that NorthantsBen referred to will only work on older models

you can change the bulbs for somthing like these....

cgi.ebay.co.uk/10-X-CA...3387wt_989

or

cgi.ebay.co.uk/10-Blue...117wt_1139

but the dash has a orange filter so colour looks slightly off imo,

best way i found to change the colour was lockwood dial kit.
