depends on how much you mean too much.
but in general it will put more pressure onto the oil seal,
more oil=lower gear oil temp= stiffer gearchange |

It holds 2 litres. If its not been changed in a while then do it. You can not overfill them. If you remove the battery and tray you will see a black plastic cap on top of the gearbox where you can put the oil in.
If you want to empty the oil fast and make a big mess pull the drive-shaft out However there is a better way of doing it. |

hey
a have a 1.1 206 51 plate and would like to now how to check gear box oil level and also how much the gear box holds as a may drain/fill with new oil,
