During the winter the spikes on the wintertyres are quite loud on the motorway. I have looked into some options, but was wondering what to do about the thin foam piece that is attached to the door. Will that need to come off? Someone told me its there mainly to absorb moisture, hence not sure whether I should lay the soundproofing coat on top of it. Your help is much appreciated.
