Question for re-assembly:
The haines manual gives the inlet sprocket retaining bolt torque as:
stage 1 = 20Nm
stage 2 = 60Nm
What is the procedure for tightening a single bolt in two stages?
There doesnt appear to be any specific reference to the two torques in the manual as there was for the head gasket bolts for instance. |

| You need to change the bolts as there stretch type i.e. you can only use them once. |

| I can only see the bolt length to check for and torques in Haynes. |

| If you can't spot a torx head on a bolt you're out of your depth doing a head gasket change. I would guess you don't have a torque wrench either? |
