| loosening the subframe bolts helps also, not all the way but enough to drop it a little lower |

Depends how long old ones have been on 
Also may need to slightly open up gap where clamp bolt goes. They get overtightened and hold on |

| I use a long piece of 4x2 (hardwood). One end under floor, over the arm and sticking out under bumper ... and stamp on it |
