Hello All, well this is the first time i post on this forum and i am pleasured to be. well what brought me here is that I have owned a one owner 1.1 2001 206 that was in not so great condition and blew the engine as soon as i bought it back in 2018 and swapped a 1.4 tu3jp block on it and it gained instant power compared to the crippling 1.1 original engine. well, she has been with me through thick and thin and I really cherish this car so much and I'm planning on upgrading it and I have done some work on it and it has turned out to be really good.

what I am asking for if anyone can guide to where I can find a step by step guide to swapping my 1.1 originally car to a 1.6 16v TU5JP4. noting that the current specs on the car are:

Mfg. Date: ...........April 2001
Engine: ...............TU3JP 1.4 / Z06 Head
ECU: ...................Magneti Marelli 48P2.70 (Hard immo off and works perfectly)
Wiring Loom: .......Car Original
Multiplexed: .........No
Throttle Control: ...Cable Drive
Front Brakes: .......308 Brake Calipers on 285mm Rotors
Rear Breaks: ........1.6L Drum Brakes
ABS: ...................No
Torsion Bars: ........Stock
Wishbone: ............Stock All Rubber Bushings

Well the thing is, I have searched on a step by step guide to how to swap the 1.6 V16 on it yet i have come to the realization that the only issue would be driving the throttle body as the TU5JP4 is a Fly By Wire throttle control system and mine is cable drive.

my question here is what is the what are the parts and possible options to make the swap work knowing that

1. The build might be $$$$$
2. I will need parts such as
- Wiring Loom
- Electronic Throttle Pedal
- Possibly a BSI

But I'm not sure what exact parts I need and what exact parts I should be looking for and if there are options. I have been searching also for a different swap which would be the EW10J4 2.0L v16. noting that I have an electrician that would do all the wiring and a shop that would do the swap noting that 206's are kind of rare to come across in Egypt as they were very expensive back in the day but parts are widely available for all Peugeot cars as its a really loved make here. so parts wont be an issue more than knowing what exact parts I need and how to do it.

Thanks in advance Very Happy
