Surprisingly I cant seem to find much on the correct tyre speed for my 206 GTi 138.

I cant seem to find this info in the manual (yes I had to crack it out) either. One website said W but ...

Sadly I've had 3 206s so can confirm this is the case.

You do notice these things more when you've been driving a different car all weekend and get back in the 206.

Cheers guys, I have read mixed opinions wheather to apply paste to the gasket between the mani and cat.

As mines currently leaking/ loose it didn't seem like a bad shout to smear a small amount aro ...

The reverse gear is always problematic. Pump the clutch in neutral to solve Wink

And the gearboxes are clunky!

Is it only on first gear? what about pulling off from second or third (if you can :)).

Does sound like something is unwell. How long have you had the car? ...

Could you not swap out the manual mirrors for electric mirrors? Just need to make sure the loom is the same type I think, and of course get the Electric switch Smile

Thanks for your help guys.

I'm going to ring pug tomorrow to see if they have the gasket and a couple of other bits; new clamp and couple of nuts and a bolt in case things go bad.

IMO, official upgrades are the way forward.

Morrettes, sp grilles phase 2 bits etc, but of course speak with your insurer before buying and applying Smile

I had mine done at kwik fit a few years ago, as the clutch still wouldn't spin after they didn't charge.

Then had it done at a garage without charge with exactly the same results.
