180's have a weak throwout bearing which wears out even when the clutch is not too bad. It could be that. My 180 had this as well, but I changed the clutch anyway. I doubt you would need a new flywhee ...

It has been serviced less than a year ago, which was less than 10000K ago. I could move to services every 6 months, but the car doesnt do many K's.
