Have had injector readings checked and it has been suggested that one injector is being compensated for, so may go down that route. Still suspect glowplugs are problematic. Once car has been started, ... |

Not possibly the heat shield at the front of the engine.? Have known those to rattle against the exhaust, think they slip or get loose and vibrate, can sound quite noisy! |

Yeah, I am thinking along those lines. Had one before where the clear pipe would be completely empty over night and then in morning you no chance of starting without priming it. Had one a few weeks ag ... |
