All sorted! 
I've caked the under side of the aerial base in silicon to stop water leaking in any more. Seems to have done the trick! |

I literally haven't a clue. I'm gonna tape it up tomorrow though, don't want anything shorting! |

So now the light is out, I'm faced with this...

Can't pull the interior light out. It doesn't seem to wanna budge!
The aerial is right above it too.
I can't pull the headlining down either, because the interior light is stopping it.
Any idea ... |

The car hasn't an MOT yet. Its going for one tomorrow.

There is no numbers on the wire itself.
The socket has a number on it, but I think its a part number.
It reads... >PBTP QF 30<
After looking about, its the exact same socket that is connecte ... |

Do I just pull on it?
Would I be able to remove the interior light if that would be easier? |

I thought that, but the indicator is working and the wire isn't long enough to stretch across.
Do you see the hole punched out in the metal just under the socket? The rectangular hole?

After digging out the 206 (been sat in a garage for a few years), I've given it a clean up and got it started!
