Sounds more as if the brake fluid pressure isn't being released after the first application of the brakes rather than say a brake caliper sticking problem for once the tyre outfit had released the flu ... |

disconnect the blower connector and check for power AND earth at the blower connector. You know the blower works so check if it has power and earth at the connector. |

No need to take blower out, disconnect the blower connector and check for power AND earth at the blower connector. The fact you have no warning light at the aircon button might also indicate an earth ... |

You can't charge the A/C properly without the compressor and the system running so you can't do it with the engine and compressor off, all you can do is put in an initial charge until there is enough ... |
